STEP 3 OF THE GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. The employee may, within five (5) working days and not thereafter submit the grievance in writing to the Chief Administrative Officer or their appointee. A meeting between the Chief Administrative Officer, and Department Head or their appointee on the one hand, and the aggrieved employee and a member of the grievance committee, if requested by the employee, on the other hand shall be held within ten (10) working days of receipt of the grievance.
