Step Three - Township Administrator. In the event the grievance is not resolved at Step Two, or in the event the Department Head has not served a timely written response at Step Two, then within five (5) working days after the response date set forth in Step Two, the grievant and the Union may present the written grievance and any written response(s) received at Step One and/or Step Two to the Township Administrator, together with a written statement of the dissatisfaction with the results at Step Two. Upon receipt of the grievance by the Township Administrator, the procedures set forth in Step Once shall be followed, except that the meeting date period shall be seven (7) working days and the response period shall be fourteen (14) working days.
