For wage claim issues, the date of the receipt of the check shall be regularly considered the date when the employee was aware of the occurrence. Any delay in the Union filing the grievance in the proper format will reduce the grievance filing timeline. Any delays in work site access will equally extend the grievance filing timeline(s).
