Stipulations. 8.12.4.1 An employee on unpaid renewal leave must advise the College, in writing, no later than 2 months prior to expiration of the leave confirming intention to return to duty. 8.12.4.2 An employee who works elsewhere while on leave and has any of the insurance benefits listed in Article 8.12.3 provided at a rate of contributions equal to or superior to the College's contribution is required to notify the College and take the benefits available elsewhere. 8.12.4.3 An employee on unpaid renewal leave who becomes disabled and who has accumulated sick leave credit, shall, concurrent with the commencement of said disability, be placed on internal sick leave and the renewal leave shall immediately cease.
