Common use of Stock Based Compensation Clause in Contracts

Stock Based Compensation. Employee shall be eligible for award grants from time to time consistent with the award grants made to similarly-situated officers of the Company as governed by the terms of the 1998 Employee Stock Incentive Plan, as may be amended, or any successor plan thereof (the “Stock Plan”), as determined in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee.

Stock Based Compensation. Employee shall be eligible for award grants from time to time-to-time consistent with the award grants made to similarly-similarly situated officers of the Company as governed by the terms of the 1998 Employee Stock Incentive Plan, as may be amended, or any successor plan thereof (the “Stock Plan”), as determined in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee.
