Common use of Stock Ledger Clause in Contracts

Stock Ledger. A record shall be kept by the Secretary or by any other officer, employee or agent designated by the Board of Directors of the name of each Person holding capital stock of the Corporation, the number of shares represented by, and the respective dates of, each certificate or book entry for such capital stock, and, in case of cancellation of any such certificate or book entry, the respective dates of cancellation.
