Stock Orders. Upon receipt of a customer's purchase order or other written notification, MES will, subject to credit approval, consider this a binding contract. Order cancellations or material changes are accepted only at the sole discretion of MES. Orders prepared for shipment or orders already shipped will incur restocking charges of 35% plus any applicable freight charges.
Stock Orders. Suzuki will not accept orders from Dealer for a specific retail customer. Suzuki will accept only stock orders for products from Dealer. Dealerwil I be responsible for providing the customers, specific product parts and accessory needs from its inventory.
Stock Orders. Subject to clause 4.3.3 of this Agreement, stock orders will be submitted by the Dealer to properly replenish its warehouse with BMW Parts. In this connection orders will be placed in accordance with arrangements notified by BMW GB to the Dealer which must be strictly maintained.
