Common use of Stockholder Services Clause in Contracts

Stockholder Services. (i) Manage services for and communications with Stockholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; (ii) Oversee the performance of the transfer agent and registrar; (iii) Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder support and service; and (iv) Consistent with Section 3.01, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholders.

Stockholder Services. (i) Manage services for and communications with Stockholdersstockholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications;; and (ii) Oversee the performance of the transfer agent and registrar; (iii) Establish technology infrastructure systems to assist in providing Stockholder stockholder support and service; and (iv) Consistent with Section 3.01, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholdersservices.

Stockholder Services. Manage services for and communications with Stockholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; (ii) B. Oversee the performance of (or act as) the transfer agent and registrar;; and (iii) C. Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder support and service; and (iv) Consistent with Section 3.01, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholders.

(i) Manage services for and communications with Stockholdersstockholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications;; and (ii) Oversee the performance of the transfer agent and registrar; (iii) Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder stockholder support and service; and (iv) Consistent with Section 3.01, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholders.

(i) Manage services for and communications with Stockholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications;; and (ii) Oversee the performance of the transfer agent and registrar; (iii) Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder support and service; and (iv) Consistent with Section 3.01, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholders.

Stockholder Services. (i) Manage services for and communications with StockholdersStockholders and partners of the Operating Partnership, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; (ii) Oversee the performance of the transfer agent and registrar; (iii) Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder support and serviceservice and support and service to partners of the Operating Partnership; and (iv) Consistent with Section 3.01, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new StockholdersStockholders and partners of the Operating Partnership.

Stockholder Services. (i) Manage services for and communications with Stockholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; (ii) Oversee the performance of the transfer agent and registrar;; and EAST\126876847.2 (iii) Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder support and service; and (iv) Consistent with Section 3.01, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholders.

Stockholder Services. (i) 3.4.1 Manage services for and communications with StockholdersStockholders and holders of other securities of the Company, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; (ii) 3.4.2 Oversee the performance of the transfer agent and registrar; (iii) 3.4.3 Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder support and service; and (iv) Consistent with Section 3.01, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholders.

Stockholder Services. (i) 3.4.1 Manage services for and communications with StockholdersStockholders and holders of other securities of the Company, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; (ii) 3.4.2 Oversee the performance of the transfer agent and registrar; (iii) 3.4.3 Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder support and service; and (iv) 3.4.4 Consistent with Section 3.013.1, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholders.

Stockholder Services. (i) Manage services for and communications with Stockholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; ; (ii) Oversee the performance of the transfer agent and registrar; ; (iii) Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder support and service; and (iv) Consistent with Section 3.01, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholders.

(i) Manage services for and communications with Stockholdersshareholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; ; and (ii) Oversee the performance of the transfer agent and registrar; (iii) Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder stockholder support and service; and (iv) Consistent with Section 3.01, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholders.

(i) Manage services for and communications with Stockholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; (ii) Oversee the performance of the transfer agent and registrar; (iii) Manage and coordinate with the transfer agent the dividend process and payments to Stockholders; and (iv) Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder support and service; and (iv) Consistent with Section 3.01, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholders.

Stockholder Services. (i) Manage services for and communications with Stockholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; (ii) Oversee the performance of the transfer agent and registrar;; and (iii) Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder support and service; and. (iv) Consistent with Section 3.01, the Advisor shall perform the various subscription processing services reasonably necessary for the admission of new Stockholders.
