Stocking Standards for this plan. For purposes of section 16(1) of the Forest Planning and Practices Regulation, section 44(1) of the Forest Planning and Practices Regulation applies to all areas where the licensee is required to establish a free growing stand. The licensee shall, for the term of this Forest Stewardship Plan and for the areas where the licensee is required to establish a free growing stand, adhere to the stocking standards found in Appendix 3. For purposes of section 16(4) of the Forest Planning and Practices Regulation, section 44(4) of the Forest Planning and Practices Regulation does not apply to this Forest Stewardship Plan. The licensee does not propose to carry out the harvesting activities listed in section 44(3)(h) and (i) of the Forest Planning and Practices Regulation.

  • Certification of Meeting or Exceeding Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy Minimum Standards A. Grantee certifies that it has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards of:

The State will not pay the Contractor for any services performed when the Contractor, its employees or subcontractors are not in compliance with such applicable standards, laws, rules, or regulations. If any license, certification or accreditation expires or is revoked, or any disciplinary action is taken against an applicable license, certification, or accreditation, the Contractor shall notify the State immediately and the State, at its option, may immediately terminate this Contract.

  • Applicable Technical Standards The Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards that apply to the Customer Facility and the Interconnection Facilities are identified in Schedule D to this ISA.

  • Conformance to Applicable Requirements All work prepared by Consultant shall be subject to the approval of City.

  • OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.
