Stoppage/termination of employment for units outside Norwegian territory. For units, which are not situated in a Norwegian port, in Norwegian territorial waters or the part of the continental shelf under Norwegian sovereignty notice of termination/stoppage may be given only when the stoppage has otherwise become effective in accordance with the rules of the next section. Notice of termination shall then be not less than 14 days. This provision does not apply when there are no units with operational crew subject to this Basic Agreement in the area in question at the relevant time.
