Common use of STORAGE AND COMMON AREAS Clause in Contracts

STORAGE AND COMMON AREAS. Tenant will not obstruct hallways, stairways, and other common passageways or use those areas to store personal property, including plants and footwear. Tenant shall store personal property only in those areas specifically and solely assigned to Tenant. Tenant shall be responsible for the restoration and cleaning of common areas (interior and exterior corridors, patios, lawns, lounges, lobbies, etc.) if necessary after each use. If Tenant resides in the Avenues Houses, Tenant will not store personal items, with the exception of laundry products and non-motorized bicycles, in Rental Property basement or garage.
