Alcoves. At some University Housing locations in Mission Bay and Aldea San Xxxxxx, an alcove connects the University Housing front door to common space hallways or exterior corridors. A non-combustible (metallic), non-enclosed, two tiered/shelve(maximum) shoe rack in this alcove is permitted but limited to only side of the front door entrance. The shoe rack width must not block any part of the door opening or entrance; the height must be lower than 20 inches; and the length may not extend into the common exit corridor. No other type of storage in these alcoves is permitted. Permission to use alcoves does not render the University liable for Resident’s property loss or damage (see your Housing Agreement section 14.1

  • ARTISTES AND ATHLETES 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as an athlete, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other Contracting State. 2.   • Wellness i. To support the statewide goal for a healthy and productive workforce, employees are encouraged to participate in a Well-Being Assessment survey.   • Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance.   • Roommates The Resident may be notified prior to move-in the name and contact information of their roommate (and vice-versa). This disclosure is to enable the roommates to get acquainted and to arrange bringing common supplies to the Residence. Roommate changes may be requested for cause at any time. The Manager’s first priority is to try to mediate any dispute between roommates. If a roommate change is required roommates may be moved to different Rooms (subject to availability within the Residence and to the Manager discretion), unless another Agreement can be reached amongst all parties involved.

  • Accessories The following described related accessories, if any: window air conditioning units, stove, fireplace screens, curtains and rods, blinds, window shades, draperies and rods, door keys, mailbox keys, above ground pool, swimming pool equipment and maintenance accessories, artificial fireplace logs, and controls for: (i) garage doors, (ii) entry gates, and (iii) other improvements and accessories.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Orthodontics We Cover orthodontics used to help restore oral structures to health and function and to treat serious medical conditions such as: cleft palate and cleft lip; maxillary/mandibular micrognathia (underdeveloped upper or lower jaw); extreme mandibular prognathism; severe asymmetry (craniofacial anomalies); ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint; and other significant skeletal dysplasias.
