Common use of Storage Charges Clause in Contracts

Storage Charges. 22.1 All charges including removal charges must be paid before the items may be taken out of Storage. All Storage charges must be paid in advance by the Customer monthly or quarterly depending on the agreement reached between the parties by debit order. 22.2 The Supplier has the right to review the Storage charges periodically. The Customer will be given 28 days notice of any increases in the Storage charges.
