Storage of Bodies. The Requesting County shall pay Fort Bend County the additional sum of Forty Five Dollars ($45) per day for each body that remains at the ME Office beyond forty-eight hours after notification by the Medical Examiner that the body is ready to be released to the Requesting County. This provision shall survive termination of this Agreement and shall apply to any bodies currently remaining at the ME Office
