Common use of Storage of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Storage of Equipment. Lessor shall not be liable for any loss or injury to Xxxxxx’s property stored in Lessor’s yard, and it is further understood and agreed to that Xxxxxx’s property/equipment stored is not insured by Xxxxxx against loss or injury, however caused. Lessee is responsible for maintaining insurance coverage on a first party basis to cover the goods/equipment/machinery stored with Lessor.
