Storage period/erasure procedures. The personal data is stored in accordance with the deletion rules that the data controller itself, or by the assistance of the data processor, has established in the relevant Emply system(s), after which the personal data is deleted at the data processor. Upon termination of the provision of personal data processing services, the data processor shall either delete or return the personal data in accordance with Clause 11.1., unless the data controller – after the signature of this agreement – has modified the data controller’s original choice. Such modification shall be documented and kept in writing, including electronically, in connection with the Clauses.
