Storm Water Improvements. Each Owner shall maintain, repair and replace those portions of all storm water pipes and other storm water Improvements situated on their Parcel, excluding Common Area (which shall be maintained by the Association) or Shared Maintenance Areas as shown on the Maintenance Plat (which shall be maintained in accordance with Section 5.6, below).
