Storm Water Pollution Prevention. (a) Tenant must comply with the applicable provisions of the Statewide General Permit for Discharge of Industrial Storm Water issued by the State Water Resources Control Board, including filing a Notice of Intent to be covered, developing and implementing a site-specific Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan ("SWPPP"), and conducting storm water monitoring and reporting. Tenant's SWPPP and a copy of a Notice of Intent for Tenant's Premises must be submitted to Port's Real Estate Division before beginning operations on the Premises. (b) In addition to requiring compliance with the permit requirements under Subsection (a), Tenant shall comply with the post-construction stormwater control provisions of the Statewide General Permit for Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipalities and the San Francisco Stormwater Design Guidelines, subject to review and permitting by the Port's Engineering Division.
