No Political Activity. The Contractor agrees that there shall be no political activity or any activity to further the election or defeat of any candidate for public, political or party office as a part of or in connection with this Contract, nor shall any of the funds provided under this Contract be used for such purposes.
No Political Activity. Contractor shall not use and require its subcontractors not to use, any of the funds received pursuant to this Agreement, or any personnel or material paid for with funds pursuant to this agreement, for political activity. The term “political activity” shall mean a communication made to any electorate in support of, or in opposition to, a ballot measure or candidate in any federal, state or local government election.
No Political Activity. Without limiting the foregoing, the Contractor agrees that political activities are prohibited under this Agreement, and agrees that no funds paid to it by the City hereunder will be used to provide transportation for any persons to polling places or to provide any other services in connection with elections;

No Political Activity. Because NACAC is a Section 501(c)(3) organization, Subscribers may not use this Exchange to discuss or advocate for the election or defeat of any candidate for political office, whether at the federal, state or local level.
