Storm Water Pollution Prevention. Contractor shall comply, and require its Subcontractors to comply, with the City’s Storm Water Management and Discharge Control Ordinance, codified in San Diego Municipal Code sections 43.0301 et seq., in performing its obligations and/or duties under this Agreement.
