Stranded Costs. In the event retail wheeling is instituted in Georgia, for whatever reason, and OPC or any Participating Member, may be entitled to receive compensation associated with stranded generating or other assets, the LG&E Parties shall have no claim or entitlement to any such compensation, nor shall the LG&E Parties have any obligation or liability for the payment of any such compensation, attributable to OPC Resources.
