Stress Relief Crew. (a) It is understood that some small and/or short duration projects may only require a single man per shift. Such projects must have a minimum of one (1) Technician II per project. (b) Larger projects requiring more than one man per shift shall have a minimum of one (1) Stress Relief Technician II for each shift.
