STRIKE AND LOCKOUT PROHIBITION. 44.1 Strikes, slowdowns, work stoppages or any other interference with the performance of work by the employees are prohibited. 44.2 The Employer may discharge and/or discipline any employee who violates Section 44.1, above. No employee shall be entitled to pay and/or benefits for the period in which he/she engaged in any strike, slowdown or work stoppage. 44.3 Nothing contained herein shall preclude the Employer from obtaining judicial restraint and damages in the event of a violation of this Article. 44.4 No lockout of employees shall be instituted by the Employer.
