STRIKE AND LOCKOUT. During the term of this Agreement there shall be no lockout by the Company, and no strike, stoppage of work, or slow-down, either partial or general, authorized by the Union.
STRIKE AND LOCKOUT. 47.1 There shall be no strike or lockout during the term of this agreement. The terms strike and lockout shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
STRIKE AND LOCKOUT. 9.01 The Union agrees that there shall be no strike, partial or complete, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work, so long as this Agreement continues to operate.
9.02 The Board agrees there shall be no lockout as long as this Agreement continues to operate.
STRIKE AND LOCKOUT. 21.01 There shall be no strike or lockout during the term of the Collective Agreement. The terms “strike” and “lock-out” shall be as defined in the Labour Relations Act.
STRIKE AND LOCKOUT. 7.01 During the term of this agreement, the Company agrees that there shall be no lockout and the Union agrees that there shall be no slow-down, strike or any other stoppage of or interference with work that would cause any interruption of work.
STRIKE AND LOCKOUT. 7.1 There shall be no strikes or lock-outs so long as this Agreement continues to operate.
STRIKE AND LOCKOUT. During the term hereof, the Union agrees that there shall be no strike. The Em ployer agrees that there shall be no lockout. The Employer also agrees that it shall not be a violation of this AGREEMENT nor shall the employees covered hereunder be subject to discharge for refusal to cross a picket line and perform work in any instance where the picket line has been duly authorized and established for a legal purpose. The Union agrees that in the event of a picket line, it will do all in its power to help effect a prompt and fair settlement and avoid unnecessary stoppage of work.
STRIKE AND LOCKOUT. The Company and the Union agree to abide by all the procedures provided by this Agreement and the Canada Labour Code, for the purpose of peaceful settlements of disputes. This Code provides that employees may legally strike and the Company may lock-out following the completion of the bargaining and conciliation process at the termination of an Agreement. However, in view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement, as required by the Code for settling of disputes, the Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, there shall be no strike or stoppage of work, either complete or partial and the Company agrees that there shall be no lock-out either complete or partial. Any employee violating this Section may be subject to immediate dismissal and such dismissal shall be subject to the Grievance Procedure as set forth in this Agreement.
STRIKE AND LOCKOUT. L8:01 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement there shall be no strike and the Board agrees that there shall be no lockout of the members in this bargaining unit. The meaning of the words “strike” and “lockout” shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act and its Regulations.
STRIKE AND LOCKOUT. A. The Association and its members agree that they will not participate in any illegal strike, work stoppage, slow-down, or other concerted work action during the term of this Agreement.
B. The District agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will be no lockout of employees in the bargaining unit.
