Strip, Scrub, Seal, and Wax Floors. All hard floors shall be stripped, scrubbed, sealed, and waxed as necessary to maintain a uniform, glossy appearance. Contractor shall perform all tasks associated with the stripping, sealing, and waxing of the floor surfaces. Non-skid wax shall be used. A uniform, glossy appearance and shall be free of scuff marks, heel marks, wax build-up and other stains and discoloration.
