Strollers. i. Licensee shall not use or permit the use of the Premises or any part thereof for any purpose, which is inimical to public morals and/or welfare or morally objectionable as unsuitable for a public educational facility. Licensee agrees to respond immediately to concerns expressed by neighbors or District relating to the operation of the Premises.
