Structural Improvements. The City is responsible for all required structural improvements to the building including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, walls, and floor coverings. It shall be the responsibility of the City to adhere to all local, state and federal codes pertaining to the building including regulations by the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy.
Structural Improvements. The PURCHASER shall not, prior to date of registration of transfer of the Property into his name, alter, add to or demolish any part of the Property or improvements thereon without the SELLER’s prior written consent The parties agree that the AUCTIONEER may erect a “SOLD” board outside the Property from the date of last signature to the Agreement until 60 (Sixty) days after occupation of the Property by the PURCHASER.

Structural Improvements. The cost of the recommended structural improvements to the main office of WSB shall be borne by WSB. The cost of the recommended structural improvements shall not exceed $25,000.
