STRUCTURE DEBRIS. Purchaser shall not allow debris from the installation or removal of structures to enter any stream. Components removed from existing structures(s) must be removed from state land. Purchaser shall maintain a clean jobsite, with all materials stored away from the high water xxxx or other area presenting a risk of the materials entering a stream. Debris entering any stream must be removed immediately, and placed in the site(s) designated for stockpiling or disposal. Purchaser shall retrieve all material carried downstream from the jobsite.
