Common use of Structured Therapeutic Activities Clause in Contracts

Structured Therapeutic Activities. Residential Treatment Services shall consist of a 18 minimum of twenty (20) hours of structured therapeutic activity per week. Therapeutic activities shall 19 utilize best practices and evidence-based approaches, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral 20 Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. A minimum of fourteen (14) hours of Structured Therapeutic 21 activity per week shall be comprised of the following: 22 1) Individual Counseling – CONTRACTOR shall provide individual counseling to 23 Clients.
