Evacuate the building by your nearest available escape shutting all doors behind you. Go immediately to the designated Fire Assembly Point for the Hall. At all times act quickly and calmly / do not stop to collect your personal belongings / do not run / shut all doors as you leave.

Student Advice a) Deferment, suspension and cancellation of enrolment can have an effect on a student’s visa as a result of changes to enrolment status. Students will be informed to contact the Department of Immigration and Boarder Protection for advice. Section 3 - Refunds Reason Student/Guardian visa refused (documentation to be provided). Full refund of all fees less the non-refundable Enrolment Fee. Withdrawal by student prior to course commencement. 6 weeks or more prior to course commencement date the following fees will be refunded: • All paid fees less the non-refundable Enrolment Fee and a $500 administration charge. For all other requests: The following fees will be refunded less the non-refundable Enrolment Fee and a $200 administration charge: • Tuition fees paid beyond the commencement Term; • Unused Overseas Student Health Cover (if applicable); • Unused homestay fees paid (if applicable); The following fees will not be refunded: • Tuition fees paid for commencement Term. Withdrawal by student prior to course commencement. Cancellation by student after commencement of course.   • Independent Advice Each Purchaser understands that nothing in this Agreement or any other materials presented by or on behalf of the Company to the Purchaser in connection with the purchase of the Securities constitutes legal, tax or investment advice.   • Investment Advice If and to the extent requested by the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor shall provide investment advice to the Portfolio and the Advisor with respect to all or a portion of the investments of the Portfolio, and in connection with such advice shall furnish the Portfolio and the Advisor such factual information, research reports and investment recommendations as the Advisor may reasonably require. Such information may include written and oral reports and analyses.

  • Professional Advice The acceptance of the Options and the sale of Common Stock issued pursuant to the exercise of Options may have consequences under federal and state tax and securities laws which may vary depending upon the individual circumstances of the Optionee. Accordingly, the Optionee acknowledges that he or she has been advised to consult his or her personal legal and tax advisor in connection with this Agreement and his or her dealings with respect to Options. Without limiting other matters to be considered with the assistance of the Optionee’s professional advisors, the Optionee should consider: (a) whether upon the exercise of Options, the Optionee will file an election with the Internal Revenue Service pursuant to Section 83(b) of the Code and the implications of alternative minimum tax pursuant to the Code; (b) the merits and risks of an investment in the underlying shares of Common Stock; and (c) any resale restrictions that might apply under applicable securities laws.

  • Legal Advice On issues that are legal in nature, the Manager will be entitled to receive and act upon the advice of legal counsel of its own selection, which can be counsel for the Trust, and will be without liability for any action taken or thing done or omitted to be done in accordance with this Management Agreement in good faith conformity with such advice.
