It is further agreed that nothing in this schedule shall be construed to require the Employer to maintain such programs. It is subject to modification by the Employer. All stipends will be adjusted annually based on legislative authorization and appropriation in a percentage equal to the average percentage increase provided to the associate faculty salary schedule.
