STUDENT AND INSTRUCTIONAL RELATED ACTIVITIES. Academic employees whose assignments include activity advising shall be paid a stipend for that activity in accordance with the following schedule. The Employer may, however, grant released time in lieu of the stipend payment. All stipends will be adjusted annually based on legislative authorization and appropriation in a percentage equal to the average percentage increase provided to the associate faculty salary schedule.
