Common use of Student Conduct and Discipline Clause in Contracts

Student Conduct and Discipline. The Charter School shall adopt and adhere to a student discipline policy (the “Discipline Policy”) pursuant to NRS 388A.495. The Charter School Discipline Policy must comply with NRS Chapter 392 or other applicable statute or regulation pertaining to student discipline. The Charter School must utilize its own resources for student disciplinary hearings or any other student misconduct proceedings. The Charter School may not utilize the School District’s Department of Behavior Programs unless the School District agrees through separate agreement. Nothing in this provision precludes the Charter School from withdrawing a pupil from the Charter School consistent with applicable law and regulation.
