Student Contact Minutes. 6.4.1 Subject to Section 6.4.2 below, the yearly student contact minutes required of Teachers shall not exceed the following: Kindergarten 36,000 Grades 4-8 58,410 Under no circumstances shall the number of yearly instructional minutes be less than in the 1982-83 school year.
