Common use of STUDENT PERFORMANCE AND ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT Clause in Contracts

STUDENT PERFORMANCE AND ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT. This Agreement is a performance-based contract. Student performance and academic improvement goals are attached hereto as Exhibit B. The foregoing goals shall be used by the Board and/or Superintendent to measure the performance and effectiveness of the Principal, along with such other information as the Superintendent or Board may determine relevant and/or necessary.

STUDENT PERFORMANCE AND ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT. This Agreement is a performance-based contract. Student Attached to this contract as Exhibit A are the performance goals agreed to between the Superintendent and the Board of Education. The Board and the Superintendent agree that these goals include indicators of student performance and academic improvement goals are attached hereto as Exhibit B. improvement. The foregoing goals shall be used by the Board and/or Superintendent to measure the performance and effectiveness of the PrincipalSuperintendent, along with such other information as the Superintendent or Board may determine as relevant and/or necessary.

The foregoing goals shall be used by the Board and/or Superintendent as a tool of improvement to measure the performance and effectiveness of the PrincipalSuperintendent, along with such other information as the Superintendent or Board may determine relevant and/or necessarynecessary to said review.
