Student Records/Non-PSA Resident Districts. All non-PSA Resident Districts shall provide the Operating District with copies of all student records, including evaluations, before the placement IEP or IFSP Team meeting is held. The Operating District is responsible for all subsequent evaluations, including 3-year re-evaluations, unless otherwise determined mutually by the Operating and non-PSA Resident District.
