Shared Educational Entity (SEE. S2E2). For state data reporting of students in a program in this agreement, an Operating District hosting non-resident students may apply for a shared educational entity (SEE/S2E2) status from the Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI). When an Operating District is granted a shared entity status, non-resident student data may be returned (at the discretion of the Operating District) to the Resident District for application in AYP and other educational accountability calculations. Data from a shared entity program is also reported to the Operating District for planning purposes. A list of all programs including those that prefer to be considered a shared entity is located in Appendix A (ISD-wide programs) and Appendix B (regional programs).

  • Educator Plans: Developing Educator Plan A) The Developing Educator Plan is for all Educators without PTS, and, at the discretion of the Evaluator, Educators with PTS in new assignments.

  • Required Education (a) The Employer shall provide and fund any Employer required training/education for a Nurse.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Plan An employee may designate an amount per calendar year, from earnings on which there will be no federal income tax withholding for dependent care assistance (as defined in Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code as amended from time to time.)

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • Public Education 7.1.01 Inform and educate the public about vaccines and vaccine- preventable diseases

  • Member Education The Contractor shall provide members with general information about the benefits packages covered under the Hoosier Healthwise program. The Contractor shall have policies and procedures in place to ensure that member education information is accurate in content, accurate in translation relevant to language, and do not defraud, mislead, or confuse the member. Member education shall include, but not necessarily limited to the items noted below:

  • Educator Plans: Directed Growth Plan A) A Directed Growth Plan is for those Educators with PTS whose overall rating is needs improvement.

  • Educational Assistance Plan The state shall provide up to six credit hours of tuition-free courses per term at a state university or community college to full-time employees on a space available basis as authorized by law.

  • Adult Education Teachers of Adult Education shall be paid at the rate of thirty-five ($35.00) an hour. Break time will not be deducted from teachers’ pay.

  • Paid Educational Leave a. An employee may request special paid leave at straight-time hourly rate which may be granted employees for educational purposes which will benefit the State by adding to or strengthening employee skills or knowledge and to allow employees to attend approved conferences, professional meetings and workshops.
