(a) Student Professional Forester Worker (C8235) When hiring a Student Professional Forester Worker, if: • the worker has completed one (1) year of Natural Resources or a related field at a recognized college or university, Step 3 of the salary range is recommended. • the worker has completed two (2) years of Natural Resources or a related field at a recognized college or university, Step 4 of the salary range is recommended. • the worker has completed three (3) years of Natural Resources or a related field at a recognized college or university, Step 5 of the salary range is recommended. • the worker has completed four (4) years of Natural Resources or a related field at a recognized college or university, Step 6 of the salary range is recommended.
