Students not regular Agency employees. The Agency acknowledges and agrees that the Students shall not displace its regular employees and, thus, the Students will not be assigned, on a consistent basis, the same duties as regular employees. To the extent possible, the Agency shall provide the Students with exposure in a range of duties relevant to the Students’ studies and in accordance with the Education Program.
