Střet zájmů. 6.1 The Law Firm agrees that any of its partners, attorneys or senior foreign legal consultants, or advocate trainees, its personnel or associated personnel who participate in the provision of the Legal services pursuant to this Agreement within a scope exceeding 80 hours in a particular dispute, shall not provide legal services or any aid, including advisory and expert services, to any client in dispute with the Czech Republic pursuant to the Agreement for the Promotion and Protection of Investments during the time of legal representation of the Client pursuant to this Agreement. The Law firm also undertakes not to use the information learnt while representing the Client while defending the interests of other clients, even after this Agreement has ended. 6.1 Advokátní kancelář se zavazuje, že žádný z jejích advokátů a/nebo tzv. senior foreign legal consultants a advokátních koncipientů, popř. jiných pracovníků či spolupracovníků, kteří se podíleli v rozsahu přesahujícím 80 hodin na poskytování Právních služeb v jakémkoli sporu podle této Xxxxxxx, neposkytne právní služby nebo jakoukoli pomoc, včetně poradenských a znaleckých služeb, jakémukoli klientovi ve sporu proti České republice podle dohody o ochraně a podpoře investic, a to po dobu zastupování Klienta na základě této Smlouvy, a dále se zavazuje, že informace získané v rámci zastupování Klienta nepoužije při hájení zájmů jiných klientů, a to ani po skončení této Smlouvy.
