Sub-Advisor and Agents. All Services to be furnished by the Advisor under this Agreement may be furnished through the medium of any managers, officers or employees of the Advisor or through such other parties (including, without limitation, a sub-advisor) as the Advisor may determine from time to time.

All Services to be furnished by the Advisor under this Agreement may be furnished through the medium of any managers, officers or employees of the Advisor or through such other parties (including, without limitation, a sub-adviser) as the Advisor may determine from time to time. In addition, the Advisor may engage other parties to assist it with any of the administrative services set forth in this Agreement. The appointment of sub-advisers shall be subject to approval by the Board and, to the extent required by the 1940 Act or any other applicable law or regulation, approval of the shareholders of the Funds. Each sub-adviser shall perform its duties subject to the direction and control of the Advisor.
