SUB-ADVISORY COMPENSATION. The Sub-Advisor shall be entitled to the compensation described in this Article 4 in connection with the services performed under this Agreement. The Sub-Advisor may assign any of its rights to receive such compensation or other payments under this Agreement to an Affiliate or third party, and the Company shall honor and pay directly the assignee of any such assignment.
