Sub-contract Rights. The Manager may in its discretion (subject only to approval by the Trust’s Board of Trustees) delegate or subcontract some or all of the Manager’s duties, but shall remain ultimately responsible for the provision of such services. The Manager shall be responsible for payment of all compensation to any person or entity that Manager delegates any duties hereunder.
