Common use of Sub-Leasing Clause in Contracts

Sub-Leasing. (a) Subject to sub-clause (b) below, the Lessee will not, without the prior written consent of the Lessor and the Lender (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld), sub-lease, "wet lease" or otherwise part with possession of the Aircraft, the Engines or any Part except that the Lessee may part with possession:
