SUB-LETTING. The Lessee shall not be entitled to cede or assign the Lease or sub-let or otherwise part with possession of the Premises or any portion thereof or to permit any other person to use or occupy the Premises or any portion thereof without prior written consent of the Lessor. Only the occupant/s mentioned in clause 6 hereof may reside in the Premises.
