Common use of Sub-Loop Clause in Contracts

Sub-Loop. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by Selectel, Verizon shall allow Selectel to access Sub-Loops unbundled from local switching and transport, in accordance with the terms of Verizon's DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Sub-Loops, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall allow Selectel access to Sub-Loops in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Sub-Loop. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by SelectelPN, Verizon shall allow Selectel PN to access Sub-Loops unbundled from local switching and transport, in accordance with the terms of Verizon's DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Sub-Loops, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall allow Selectel PN access to Sub-Loops in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Sub-Loop. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by SelectelFirst Comm, Verizon shall allow Selectel First Comm to access Sub-Loops unbundled from local switching and transport, in accordance with the terms of Verizon's DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Sub-Loops, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall allow Selectel First Comm access to Sub-Loops in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Sub-Loop. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by SelectelIntrado Comm, Verizon shall allow Selectel Intrado Comm to access Sub-Loops unbundled from local switching and transport, transport in accordance with the terms of Verizon's ’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Sub-Loops, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall allow Selectel Intrado Comm access to Sub-Loops in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.
