Common use of Sub-tenant Identification Clause in Contracts

Sub-tenant Identification. Upon identifying a proposed sub-lease tenant (a “Proposed Sub-tenant”) or a proposed assignee (a “Proposed Assignee”) Tenant shall submit to Landlord, in writing, a statement containing the name of the Proposed Assignee or Sub-tenant, such information as to its financial responsibility and standing of the Proposed Assignee or Sub-tenant as Landlord may require, and all of the terms and provisions upon which the proposed assignment or sublease is to be made, and a floor plan delineating the proposed sublet area.
