Common use of Subcontract Terms Clause in Contracts

Subcontract Terms. Contractor may subcontract with a third party for training or administrative services in connection with this Contract. ETP shall not be named as a party on any subcontract. A subcontract for administrative services must be in writing, and must be filed with ETP prior to its effective date.
