Common use of Subcontracting by CM/GC Clause in Contracts

Subcontracting by CM/GC. 12.5.1 Except to the extent otherwise approved in advance in writing by the Owner’s Authorized Representative, the CM/GC or its Affiliates may submit an Offer in accordance with Article 12.3 to do Work with its own forces, provided at least 50% of the labor by such work unit is performed by employees of the CM/GC or such Affiliate.
