Common use of Subcontracting for the Provision of Services Clause in Contracts

Subcontracting for the Provision of Services. (a) The partieç acknowIedge that, çubject to the proviçionç of the Act and LHSIA, the HSP may çubcontract the proviçion of çome or aII of the Serviceç. For the purposes of this Agreement, actions taken or not taken by the subcontractor and Serviceç provided by the çubcontractor wiII be deemed actionç taken or not taken by the HSP and Serviceç provided by the HSP.
